"Home is where the heart is" and that’s exactly what we wanted to convey when we developed Solo Homes brand identity. Solo specialise in shared ownership and new build properties. It was a different business model than many competitors offer and so we wanted every marketing touchpoint to be recognisable. An informal illustrative style conveyed simplicity, and the identity helped Solo to become an established UK player in its field.

Online business with automated data feeds to Rightmove and Zoopla
We designed and built Solo Homes' website and its management system, which feeds property data through to the online portals at Rightmove and Zoopla.
For this online estate agent, we recognised that their website is their business so we worked closely with the team at Solo to understand their business processes and the priorities for their clients.
We set up their website to enable vendors to add their own property details and pay for their property listing online, while prospective buyers use the automation built into the website to arrange viewings.
And the team at Solo Homes uses our customised management system to manage property photos, EPCs and floor plans, as well as the more detailed aspects of each property listing.
